ALMOND TREE MANOR is a fine dining experience, event destination and caterer, nestled in bucolic Warren County, New Jersey.  We offer three different services under one roof.

From dinner at Boule, the restaurant, to Almond Tree Manor, our redesigned event destination, to on-site catering, we can provide impeccable service and exquisite food.

 

Each of our options includes our impeccable service, exquisite food and the experience, only provided by a world-class, chef, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America.

Mediterranean delicacies, with a contemporary flair

OCTOBERFEST MENU (October 1 - October 31)

SAUERBRATEN

Sauerbraten, or "sour roast", pot roast, marinated in a seasoned, vinegar/wine mixture. The roast is tender and juicy. Taste one of Germany's national dishes.

WIENER SCHNITZEL

Wiener schnitzel, an Austrian national dish, is thinly sliced, breaded veal, pan-fried, in a light oil.

BRATWURST

German sausage, lightly sauteed, and served with sauteed green peppers and onions.

ROULADEN

Sirloin, thinly sliced into filets, filled with a onion, pickle, bacon and mustard mixture, and rolled.

Antonios "Chef Tony" Boulos, CEC, AAC

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Tony has taken his ancestral recipes, handed down from generation to generation, and combined them with classical training and cooking experience. From his use of fresh herbs and vegetables, grown in his on-premises garden and locally, to personal touches, Chef Tony has made traditional Lebanese recipes, contemporary and mouth-watering. Chef Tony graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. After graduation, he honed his cooking skills in kitchens across the globe. In addition, he is a certified Executive Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation’s High Honor Society and a member of the American Academy of Chefs.

We accept reservations, at Boule, up to ninety days in advance, for any size party. From 1 to 301, we can accommodate you and your guests.

 

If you'd prefer to make your reservation via phone, call (908) 454-9394, to reserve your table. We begin taking reservations at 10 a.m., for parties of all sizes.
