What can I say, for the town of Alpha, New Jersey this place is an oasis in the middle of nowhere, Chef is awesome and passionate, the food is bar none, would like to see some live singing bands in near future, this place reminds me of The Peacock Inn in Princeton or Black Horse Tavern & Pub. Too bad Zagat have not listed this great place yet. The place is romantic and cozy, I was spellbind by the atmosphere!!!!

Master Chef Tony has taken his ancestral recipes, handed down from generation to generation, and combined them with classical training and cooking experience. From his use of fresh herbs and vegetables, grown in his on-premises garden and locally, to personal touches, Chef Tony has made traditional Lebanese recipes, contemporary and mouth-watering.
Chef Tony graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. After graduation, he honed his cooking skills in kitchens across the globe. In addition, he is a certified Executive Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation’s High Honor Society and a member of the American Academy of Chefs.
