The Almond Tree Manor Story
ALMOND TREE MANOR has been a Warren county staple for over 20 years. The family owned restaurant, event destination and catering service, is owned and operated by Antonios Boulos, "Chef Tony" and this three sons; Tony, Jr., Peter and Christopher.
Chef Tony, a world renowned chef, was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, in New Hyde, New York. As the head chef at Boule and Almond Tree, he creates amazing culinary creations, that look beautiful, but taste amazing.

Chef Tony has taken his ancestral recipes, handed down from generation to generation, and combined them with classical training and cooking experience. From his use of fresh herbs and vegetables, grown in his on-premises garden and locally, to personal touches, Chef Tony has made traditional Lebanese recipes, contemporary and mouth-watering.
Chef Tony graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. After graduation, he honed his cooking skills in kitchens across the globe. In addition, he is a certified Executive Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation’s High Honor Society and a member of the American Academy of Chefs.
